Meh, girls like my civic as much or maybe more than the mustang. But the BMW, it always gets a ton of attention. Girls always want to drive it and I can roll through the school parking lot without making a sound and get 5 times more looks and smiles than the mustang/civic.

My girlfriend doesnt give 2 sh*ts about my car, she likes my winter beater (2005 escape) more because it's quieter and rides smoother haha. I had a chic use me for my old yellow SN in high school though, thus why I will NEVER go for a girl crazy about my car .

Paul is right; a BMW or Merc will have a much better return than a gay mustang. But I was curious because I've heard a lot of people say that mustangs get girls and it hasn't been my experience at all.

And I know girls that go for guys with nice cars are just there for the money, but if I had money that would be okay with me lol.

What do you guys mean by you either got it or you don't? Whatever it is I most likely don't have it LOL. I've turned down some pretty sexy girls because I'm insecure but that's another novel.

Paul is right, most girls would prefer a guy with money over a guy with a Mustang unless Mustangs are their thing. I can't say it's really helped me with girls but as the saying goes just because you have bait doesn't mean you know how to fish lol.

Yes, because your Mustang is your pride, and it gives you a personality. It shows who you are and what you stand for. That is what attracks girls/women.

So it's not the car that attracks women, it's you owning one.

i think cars have the opposite affect on woman. idk this for sure but to me a guy that's all in to his car kinda pisses females off lol. allot of women think it's cheesy.

never in a million year would i personally roll up in my custom car or any high end car and stare down a chick in hopes that she will "dig the ride" hahahaha. cheesy fellas...straight cheeese!!!

I have gotten plenty of females with my Mustang. On the flip side, I also got plenty of females with the 91 Turbo Swapped Ford Escort GT that I had or the 86 olds Delta 88.....It all has to do with the attitude and your confidence (I am talking about picking up girls while on a cruising strip). Hell, I "won" a girl in a race.......it was my attitude....


In a way, my Mustang helped me get a Shelby.....

I think this is pretty accurate. The girls I've dated have liked me and the car was an added bonus.

Well I had a couple nice young ladies chase me down in the Mustang but then they saw me up close & said..."Awww it's just an old guy!" & once I was driving a New Edge Roush Stage 3 convertible & had a couple women hanging out the window of a BMW begging for a ride... So I think it is possible to attract women in a Mustang...lol, just gotta carry it through after you attract them! (Ps...I'm 43 years married & not in the market) hehe...

Worked with my '97. Met a girl through my buddies when we were all out celebrating my birthday. Didn't think much about it until (this was some time ago) she friended me on myspace (like I said, some time ago) and commented on my car. I said something like- looks better in person, want to go for a ride sometime? Worked. Saw her on and off for a couple months, the chemistry was good, she really was a nice girl- but she was flaky and out of nowhere just stopped talking to me. Last I heard she's living in Cali now. I was driving it when I met the girl who is now my wife. Even though she's not really a car person, she respects my love for cars, and wants me to keep the 04 even though I want it gone. That there's a keeper lol

Problem is, there aren't a lot of girls in their early 20s with their heads on straight, and like you just for the car.
