Whats up guys.. I have a 94 cobra which i ran at the track a week ago and ran a 13.93 at 100.20 mph with a 2.11 60ft.. For some reason the time seems too high for the car.. I've read on one site the quarter mile time for the 94 cobra was 14.3 and on another site it was 13.8 stock.. Here are my mods and you tell me what you think

Stock cobra 5.0 internals
BBK 65mm throttle body
BBK Cold air intake
BBK Shorty headers
Bassani mufflers
King cobra clutch :whip:
3.73 gears
M/T ET STREETS 275/40/17
Timing is at 14*

Car weight is 3404..

What RPM do you launch at?

I mean, with those tires you could probably launch at 4-5k and be gone if your rear/axles can handle it.

If your bogging then try launching a little higher

You can definately shave a couple tenths off that 60 foot.

I'd say your where you should be...that's a pretty good mph for what you have done to it.

Your problem is your launch. With MT ET Streets you should not be cutting 2.1s. You should get consistant 1.8's and 1.7's. I use those same tires and i have not seen 2.0+ since I got them. For your mods your where you should be for your times, you dont have any serious power mods but enough to knock you down into the mid 13's w/ some better 60' times.
