Where's the best place to get dual electric exhaust cutouts in 2.5'' piping? Was on youtube and saw a few videos of mustangs with cut-outs and I want them now lol. I would consider regular cut-outs that you open yourself but I'd prefer the electric. I need a whole complete kit, the actual cut outs and the electric pieces that bolt up to those cut-outs and the wires with the control switch. Found these at summit, not sure if these would be everything I need or not? Not worried about if they give you hp or not, just want cut-outs so I can be really loud when I want.

I think this comes with everything I need right?

I told myself that I didn't want to pay for it with the money I already have and decided to wait till I get my check from that mortgage fruad settlement thingy. Got a letter telling me that if I sign up the least I would get would be $850. THAT money seems like a great check to basically throw away. I don't think it would do much for the resale...

If i get it for xmas I'll try and put a write up for it on here. Not sure if I'm gonna do it myself or bring it to my mechanic, if its snowing here I'm not doing it myself lol. I can't wait for xmas, get my license the day after, and I'll have some mods to put on my car haha. Now just to pass my road test lol.

I would if it sounded good on 5.0s, I don't think it sounds good. It sounds great on 4.6s, but a 5.0 with no mufflers sounds pretty crappy. Anyways, I printed out the electric cut-outs and put it on my parents dresser, my dad called me today and told me saw it, nothing negative to say at all lol. So i could be getting these cut-outs for xmas, I can't wait

I'll definately get a video of it, dunno who I'm gonna have to install it though. Do they need to be welded on or are they just bolt on? Pretty sure my mechanic could bolt the stuff on, he doesn't weld exhaust though.

You realize that its just going to sound like it doesn't have mufflers with the cutouts right? Like you said yourself, that wont sound very good. You could use that money and get a used o/r midpipe and spintechs for that price.

I'd never pass inspection. Can't get a o/r midpipe here either, its gotta have cats and gotta have mufflers. Good idea though, if I could i'd definately run an o/r midpipe but NY sucks so I can't lol.
