everything squeeks now...

Last night i had to drive through a very hard rain. water over the road but not up too high. just like 3-4 inches. Now this morning when i get into my car and start it there are squeeks coming from everything. The belts, the powersteering, every little suspension movement has a squeek. Yesterday the car drove like brand new with nothing. now i can push down on my rear deck lid and get a squeek out of the suspension.

Will all this go away once everything dries out?

I've driven in harder rain before, i just don't get it. i'll see what happends over the next day or so.

Just sounds like the stuff on the suspension is dried out like maybe bushings, etc. If you never replaced any bushings or things suspension related, I can see how everything could squeak.

car is 100% stock and nothing ever changed. but, there was nothing yesterday.

sounds like the water just got absorbed into the stock (11 year old) bushings and what not...

Id personally replace the belt and keep an eye on that power steering.

i regreased everything i could and checked out the belts. they are almost new, the water just screwed with me. its stopped now, got quieter over the past couple days until it just stopped.
