Few parts questions

As I'm rolling along with my build here, just a few questions on some small parts:

1) for those of you who have the 6061 plenum, what did you do for a gasket? Aaron (who makes them) advised me they do not come with gaskets..
2) where can I get throttle body/plenum bolts?
3) What plugs are you guys using for motors like my build? (9:5 compression, s/c, expecting upwards of 600rwhp)
4) what thermostat is recommended?

1. gasket paper from any part store
2. local junkyard or ford dealer
3. ar94
4. 185? (make sure tuner changes fan settings for whatever thermostat you use)
