First time I've actually detailed my Stang since getting it last September. The paint wasn't taken care of by the previous owners. Hard waterspots, scratches and swirls all over the car. Buffed it with Megs Ultimate Compound then hand waxed it with iBiz Wax. I can't believe theres almost no swirls left at all, all original paint from 1995. Took off the headlight covers and wing lol. Put the wing back on till I can get the holes filled. Heres a buncha shots i took. Also compounded my tails with a buffer and they came out great. I love this car. All I'm doing next are lowering springs, take off the wing and have those holes filled, delete ford badge from the trunk and SS LX tails.

Thanks guys. Busted my ass wit it. I can't wait to take my wing off, looks amazing without it.

sleepn_sn95 what did you fill your holes with? I watched a vid on youtube about using some nylon plugs an silicone. I wanna get the ford badge deleted on the trunk too. Probably better off bringin it to a body shop right?

Looks great! I plugged my holes with some little push pins. You really don't notice it very much. Plus if you get the itch for a wing, you still have the holes there to use.

Wow that thing really came back to life. Ford Black isn't easy to work with but the results speak for themselves.
Yeah I still can't get over it. The amount of swirls made me sick lol. Thanks man

Thanks dude. Wingless is growing on me. My dad won't let me take the fcuking wing off, once I save up enough $$ I'm bringin it to a body shop to have it done.

Thanks lol i really appreciate it. I wanna switch to the 96-98 tails when I go wingless, idk for sure yet lol. The corners are just blah to me, whoever owned the car before me actually cracked the passenger side one, so I kinda have to change em anyways. I will only own hardtops, i like verts but not enough to own one lol

I do like my tails with sequentials makes my car seem like the new mustangs. That is weird because on my bro 95 his passenger corner light is also cracked huh small world. As for vert vs coupe...I love it on nice days when the tops down but other then that its just noisy and I feel like I need to get a roll bar cause my vinly top isnt going to do anything..and I need subframe connectors.

Yeah lol I like both the vert and horiz tails. I've always wanted sequentials they're sick lol. I rode in a new edge vert for a few days, very noisy and it leaked lol. My sidemarkers cracked on the actual amber part. Thats the other thing that scares me about verts, God forbid you roll over you got nothing to protect you. A 3 or 4 point would be DD friendly, I was looking at the ones MM sells. Subframes will help a ton. A guy I know told my brother he absolutely needs them in his fox because they are notorious for splitting in half. SN95s arent as bad but I would def get subframes. My problem is finding a place I can trust weld on my car

Mine leaks some too....its a mustang thing derrp. Im still up in the air on whether to get lowering springs/ subframe connectors or a 4point roll bar. Yeah I hate having to send my car somewhere to get it worked on.

If it was my car I'd do the springs and subframes first. The roll cage is more involved and you gotta tear out your whole interior to do it. I only trust my mechanic to work on my car, other than that I don't like people touching my car. I don't even bring it to the car wash lol

Yeah..I really need to lower this piece. I've installed a 4 point roll bar before on my brothers miata so its not too foreign to me. I really dont have a set mechanic, I would take it down to my friends house as he has air tools and a lift and has been building motors and racing a 1300+hp camaro. He knows his shit lol! I never do car washes, ever.

Me too lol I don't like the gap its terrible to look at especially wit the new wheels i put on. It shouldn't be that hard for you then lol. My mechanic has been workin on my familys cars for over 10 years so he's good. He works on drag cars too, he knows his chit too lol. I would get annoyed explaining to the workers at the car wash how to use the ratchet shifter lol, plus I can clean whatever i want in my own driveway without rushing it.
