it uses standard vert latches at the windshield. not sure about the back.

It IS a removable hard top.

You could run the soft in the summer and then the hard top in the winter. These things were a rare option on the 94/95 Cobra verts.

I had this top in my garage for 6 weeks (I was helping Nate with shipping). If you needd anymore info I'd be glad to help.
