crap FROG follies FROG follies...

Anyone going to the frog follies show this weekend in evansville indiana? 3 day hot-rod show that has an amazing turn out and great cars. My mustang club has its monthly show this friday night if you are in the area as well. We normally eget 100-150 cars but anything could be possible with all the hot rods around this weekend.

Nope. I'm going to Somerset for the Mustang cruise in there. Over 400 Mustangs were at last years show.

there will not be any mustangs here but imagine a 4-h fair ground parked hot-rods 3 cars deep? I read their first show was in 75 and they have averaged 4,000 MORE cars per year.

This is always kind of a fun week leading up to the frog follies. First you see one street-rod and before you know it by the weekend they are at almost every light/corner. Been looking forward to this weekend with my mustang clubs cruise in Friday night, my birthday on saterday and the whole weekend to catch the show. On top of that I got the tank of argon and aluminum filler I needed to start learning to weld aluminum. Spent last night loading up the new spool gun and reading the instructions on it. One of those things I rarely ever do but with such a nice new toy-COUGH-tool it was almost fun reading up on it all, and I never say that. Also got another fire blanket to keep things safe. Got everything ready for it and was anxiously awaiting for the morning to fire it up.

I kind of new that with all the stuff I was looking forward to this weekend that it would get screwed up and go figure I was right. Woke up this morning and was throwing up almost immediately. Only good news was that my dr was cool today and let me go into his office and then wrote orders for the hospital so I could skip the ER. I hate hospitals, dr's, er's, needles, iv's and almost anything in a hospital but the ER is my own personal hell....
