Sounds like you have more then one problem .. I would see if someone can hook up a diagnostic machine to the car like a snap on solus pro or something like that.. could be the CCRM having problems but could also be hundred more things the best thing to do is hook up a diagnostic machine to see what the computer is saying with KOEO ..

What has been stated above and...
On the alternator test... I just changed one in my Ranger I knew was giving me problems, but it was intermittent. The tester Vatozone used is only for a very very short window of time. Anyways I changed it, and the voltage dipping went away. I also changed my battery as well.
Check your grounds for corrosion and loose bolts.

Check all your grounds also .. A code reader and a diagnostic machine are way different bro .. A D machine will tell you exactly what is wrong in seconds they cost 5,000 plus dollars and will tell you the data for every sensor in your car .. Find a snap on mt2500 or solus pro

Unplug the harness right under the oil filter. It will run without O2s.

But it will run rich if the sensors are unplugged.
Also, have you cleaned the maf. often times the k/n filter will deposit oil on the maf, then the dirty maf will not send the right sign to the computer.

I find it interesting everyones recomendations when all we know about the problem is in the title and so vague.... its amazing what can happen here when there is a more comple list of what happened, what didn't happen or what you expect to happen rather then a list of parts exchanged.

when I had those codes it was from a dirty MAF. If you already cleaned it then maybe there is some way to test the ohms of the filament.

Cooling- change your thermo to a 180* and flush your rad while your at it.

Which way did you put the thermostat in? spring up or spring down? i have to ask.
When you burped the rad, did you see coolant flowing? is the fan kicking on?
