man, that thing is so clean, you really went to town on that car, did you use any waxes? would you mind listing your products/technique?

I don't know if I'd call it a "technique".........lol I seriously had no plan when I went out there, and just a bag full of cheap cleaning products from different projects.

I used Meguiar's Ultimate Compound by hand to get all the oxidation off. Then I did the entire car with 2 coats of Meguiar's Color X to get rid of the swirls on one of those cheap 10" buffers, then finished off with 2 coats of Ultimate Carnauba using the cheap buffer again.

Don't know if it's right, wrong, indifferent, but my paint was complete crap, and this at least made it shine nicely. And luckily it's still shining, unlike me just waxing it typically.

dang man ur not far @ all. maybe we can get together in Lumberton sometime. after i get my car fixed that is. GREAT JOB btw!
