Good Set up for my Bullit?

Hi everyone, I need help with the suspension settings on my Bullitt. I've lowered it on H&R super sports with KONI STR.T's and M&M caster camber plates. Front tyres are 245 40 17s front and 275 40 17s at the rear.
I want the car to handle very sharply and be much more prone to over steer, also want to make the steering a lot heavier and make the car centre and stay centre better. I'm not to worried about tyre wear but don't want it to be extreme either.
