Well finally got my BBK O/R X Pipe which I got for a steal. But I tried to install it today....SHHHWWWW. God what a headache. I'm mechanically inclined but dang, its crazy tight, to get to the passenger side bolts. I'm just going to take it to a shop 2morrow and have them install it for me. But has anyone had this trouble b4.

Well for one my hands are a lil to big. It just I don't understand why they make things complicated. Its only the passenger side that is going to be h*ll to get off. But I hope I get it on 2morrow, to hear it rumble. I'll get some vids when I get it on.

when it comes to "bolt up exhaust" it hardely ever bolts on perfectly. I jus ordered a magnapack catback a couple weeks ago and had to cut off the hanger on the right muffler and re weld it because it was welded in the wrong spot out of the box!

Nah these guys do all my work when I can't figure it out. They deal with mustangs all day they have 2 fox body's they are always taking to the track and working on. They charged me 50 bucks to install it. The O/R x-pipe was for a 99-04 I bought it for 99 dollars, used. The brand is BBK.

I would like to know the difference in mufflers, I have flowmasters 40 series, I have been listening to some peoples cars with super 44's. I would like to know what the difference is. Is there always a lot of RASP when adding a x pipe.

yeah when adding an x pipe its gonna sound more raspy and more like a nascar where an h pipe will give u a deeper and more growly sound but not as loud. and im pretty sure the super 44's are basically the same thing as 40's or super 40's there just a little newer design and sound a little more aggressive and loud but not much of a difference
