GT brakes on my sixer

Hey guys,

i'm looking to upgrade my brakes, and stumbled across these 2000 GT stock brakes, front and rear. a few ppl have told me they'll fit fine, others say it'll take modification.

i have a 94 v6 coup, manual trans. i'd be putting them onto a 8.8 rear that i'm also swaping in, and i have 17x8 Bullitt wheels.

anyone do this? had trouble with it? or should i go all out and buy the cobra brakes?

It takes a little modification, a nice bump over the stock stuff. I beleive there is a pictoral write up on mustang world for the swap.

That's a nice upgrade. Much better than the brakes that are on there now.
