im very happy...I waited till I was above 2200rpms to grab the kit, was told to wait till above 3k rpms but that was taking forever with stock gears. I would really like to be able to grab it right off launch but im not sure if it will blow up or ride out, any input on the advice I was told above?

you dont want to use the juice too early as it will puddle in the bottom of the intake manifold, then once incoming velocity picks up it will suck it all in a tthe same time and it will cause explosive problems.

additionally, keep an eye on your intake manifold. The cold giggle gas hitting that hot plastic manifold can cause it to crack.

I'd keep working with it. Worst case scenario is you blow up a NPI engine and we get a new build thread on the repair work, right? ;) lol

hahaha but yea your kinda right, if it blows then I gets built....very slowly since I just bought a house.

well ill keep it around the 2k rpm mark when I grab the kit and just work on gears, suspension, and diet right now!

im getting a pi heads/intake this week, just need to find a shop to install it!

actually upon further inspection, you where dead correct, the car went 13.58 hahahaha! congrats,
