There are literally HUNDREDS of shops across the country that can do what you need. You live in California for god's sake. You have this huge long thread complaining that your car doesn't run right, and now you want a 347, or a blower, or this, or that.

GO GET IT TUNED.

Do you think your car is going to run any better with a blower or a stroker if you don't tune it? Nope. Instead of speculating about everything that is wrong, why don't you gets some facts by taking it to a place that can provide some empirical data on the topic?

Go get the car tuned, then come back and tell us what the result is.

Paul.

I'm in Chico CA there is no good tuning business up here in Northern California ... Yes 8 hours from me there are places to get my car tune that are good but the 3 Tuners I called had no clue about sn95 mustangs ..

There is A.E.D - Told me the car did not need a tune _ JOKE
Force Fed Performance Sacramento CA - Did not email me back or return my phone calls so fuck them
Tps motorsprots in San Francisco - They want $600 and said not to use my stock mass air ( WRONG )

I'm not going to drive to L.A to get my car done

Trust me I'm looking and I wont pay some fucking dip shit $600 dollars to do my car that has no clue what he is doing ..

I'm going to do the Quarterhorse Kit from dirty dirty racing ... Dude is super cool and was super helpful

Also I'm going to do the blower or turbo anyway no matter if my car is tuned or not ...

Six hundred bucks is not outside the norm for a tune. I don't get it - you'll spend thousands and thousands of dollars to buy all the hardware, but you won't spend the money to make the car run right? You want to run a stock MAF on a built engine? What about changing that is wrong?

It sounds like you're asking for all kinds of help, but seem to have your mind all made up already. So why bother asking?

Paul.

The H/C/I is mild and does not need a mass air the stock mass air is not maxed out ... Money is not the problem its someone tuning my car that does not know how ....

I was around 900 to tune, granted that was buying a 350 dollar tuner, and then time on the dyno. 600 is a deal if your getting the chip with it

You dont know how to tune your car nor do you see the errors in the combo, but you somehow know when someone (who works on cars for a living) doesnt know what HE is doing?

HUH?!

if you are so worried about that, then spend the 600 bucks for a PMS or Moates (however much those cost), take a little time and learn it. Then you are at nobody's mercy.

edit - and BTW, the combo is mild but a bigger MAF will only help your case. The way it stands I bett eh car wont make over 300 rwhp after being tuned. And the combo you have is good for at least that much all day long when set up correctly.

How does your car run ? Have you taken it out for a good run ?

at the moment its running. I can get it it, turn the key and it starts, but runs a little rough and is runnin rich as hell too. I bought some time with the sct chip/tune from american muscle but I am planning on putting it on the dyno hopefully this week. It sounds great but is not making the power I expected it too and honestly doesn't feel any faster right now either. I think the tune will help but will keep you informed on exactly what happens, I lost one motor on the dyno.... I also just ordered some gauges so that I can monitor what is going on with the motor, thankfully this week is my birthday and I got some cash to spend soo........

There is no reason for a aftermarket maf. Unless the guy want to tune it by changing the maf scalars. Which from what I been told and read its not the best way of doing it.

Thanks you

Everyone has a Opinion ...

I will keep the stock mass air in less its maxed out and I need a aftermarket unit ... I was going to buy a Pro M 77 MM mass air but was told I did not need it ...

I just made my appt today for the 31. Sucks I have to wait but it will give me some time to put a tank of gas through it. With my trickflow goodies I am hoping for around 300, not sure how bad the side exhaust will hurt me though...

I too am considering a plate no2 system, how much it makes will depend on how much you jet it for but your still running stock injectors and fuel pump right?

NO Im running a 255 fuel pump and 24 lb injectors

the Nos kit is wet kit so you can run stock 19 if you want because it gets fuel from the regulator .... But you have to have a bigger fuel pump ...

Also I'm going to run a 100 shot but because its a plate system its going to hit way harder then a regulator kit ..

not sure but let me know how it goes as that is prettywell exactly what I have and want to do. You might want to add it before the tune so that they can put that on there. I am considering mine for next years motor mods....
