They didn't test it first? Does it run fine other than at idle? Or do you mean it idles but stalls when slowing down?

They did, it was bad I forget what was exactly bad. It runs fine at Idle. It just happensa when the car is slowing down

Heres what's been doe so far:
-New MAF
-New Battery (solved the problem temp before it started stalling again)
-New Alt
-New Fuel Filter (Luckily I had one laying around)
-New Battery Terminal Clamps.
-New Speedo Sensor

Not throwing any codes, and the fuel pressure is around 35psi.

I had to leave the car at the shop.

So it will idle but dies when slowing down? If the shop has a scanner they should be able to test the iac, if its working you shouldn't have any stalling. Idle relearn might be needed if they kam was cleared if that's all it is it will fix itself after a few minutes but it sounds like an iac issue to me.

Would a bad IAC trip the check engine light. The car has been on the scanner several times. Would the scanner not pick this up on it's own?

bad iac wont always make the check engine light turn on. possibly change that.
try cleaning your grounds or moving the main battery engine ground to a different spot close to the original. had a problem with alternator and battery. kept stalling and gauges flicking around, dash turning off, then eventually the started wouldnt even turn. changed battery numerous times, did the alternator, then finally after the starter issue i changed the ground to a different spot and it started working fine. still cant explain why it did what it did but that spot doesnt ground properly :S

worth a shot anyways. hope you can figure it out.
