help gt40 explorer manifold bolts up but pro products elbow and egr dont?

ok so i got a 95 5.0 5 speed and i did the explorer intake manifold swap the prblem that im having now is that the elbow doesnt fit the upper intake nor does the egr bolt up what am i missing or what am i doing wrong thanks in advance for your help?

i dont have a solution but I'm going to attempt the same swap today, I'll let you know how I fare!!!

finally got the performance products elbow to fit with some beating and banging but overall everything fit including egr and the quality of the elbow is superb

I'm sorry I didn't follow up here... one of the holes on my elbow [edelbrock] was threaded so I had to make a stud and thread a nut onto it slowly as I let it settle into place. the other three were simple. to make matters worse, it was the hole under the elbow [closest to the IAC valve] that was the problem.... I'm glad to hear you got it all together finally!!!

Does it all just bolt on pretty much no other changes needed? I am planning on buying one here soon and just wondering what i need to prepare myself for when i get it

Bolt on is'nt always as it sounds, they should add "bolts on......... eventually"
