Around what RPM? May need tailshaft bushing replacement. Have you removed the d/s. my stock driveshaft lathed itself because of tailshaft bushing.

I just tested it on the way home, it doesn't do it above 2200, but when I'm goin like 35 in 5th, it does it, rpms r prolly at 1300 or so

mmmm sounds like the clunk you are hearing is because you are bogging the engine.....rather common and not something to worry too much about....I wouldnt even shift it into 5th till 40.
