I just found out that my car has 2:73's. I ran a 2.4 60ft, 9.9 1/8, with a 15.31 trap. Spun a little on the street tires(was told like 12 feet or so) with a bone stock motor right down to the paper air fil. I was crossing the line in 3rd. About how much diff. will a 4:10 make? Any clues?

There are a million threads that can give you exactly what you are looking for. To answer your question directly, they will help a lot. I dont know many people that have only 4.10s but people are shaving decent amount of seconds off their 1/4 mile times. I believe there is a sticky here on gears as well.

You will be in the mid 14s if you can drive and have sticky tires

But generally 4.10s should be worth close to .5 on your car

yeeep basically to get full advantage of the 4:10's you will need to et good tires ie drag radial or even better slicks
