If you get the right profile tire, there's minimal height difference between 17s and 18s. Just don't spring for a 295/45/18 or anything like that.
Unless you're talking just about appearance, in which case, it looks perfect.

Front = 18"x9" Saleens w/ 245/35's
Rear = 18"x10" Saleens w/ 285/40's
