hey what serpentine belt did u end up using for this might do this until i have time to swap out the cover?
Full disclosure, that’s not my picture lol. What I typically do is get a piece or rope and route it like the belt, then move the tensioner like half way through it’s travel and pull the rope right. Then take it off and measure it (you could also use a seamstress tape measure). Either turn the belt sideways and go past the pulley if it’ll fit, or unbolt the tensioner and run the belt then put the tensioner back on.how the hell he even get the belt like that around the tensioner

Do it like this ^Either turn the belt sideways and go past the pulley if it’ll fit, or unbolt the tensioner and run the belt then put the tensioner back on.
