[h=5]Simple premise: From mild to wild, if cost was no object, what would you do to your current car? (Meaning you must work with what you have)

Me, not that imaginative:

5.4 2v swap (would stay NA, let's have some torque), T56, 3.73's, tune, 99/01 Cobra bumper, Mach 1 grille delete/chin, Mach 1 seats, custom gauge faces using the 87-93 font (happen to like that one), repaint/repair rust underneath, full suspension, high-flow catted X pipe into Bassani cat-back. Good daily driver.

Your turn.[/h]

Bigger brakes, full MM suspension, cowl hood, Fiske FM5 wheels, CCW Classic wheels, HRE wheels of some sort, paint it white, 2JZ swap, Recaro seats, blah blah blah. Pretty much the exact opposite of what my car is right now.

Completely build the suspension and chassis, SLA, IRS, huge brakes, deck out the interior with a rear seat delete, custom seats, dash/electronics/gauges. Coyote 5.0, boosted to 700+HP, T56, all the creature comforts of AC, heat, heated/cooled seats, power everything, build it very light, integrated cage into the interior and panels, and probably body it with a Dynacorn 65/66 or 67/68 fastback body.

Maybe SEMA got to me a little. :D

Keeping it generally simple:

Fully build my current 5.0 (strip down to block, build it out, all internals, heads, trickflow upper and lower intake)
42# injectors
255lph fuel pump
MAF programmed for 42# injectors
Throttle body
Turboooo
Relocate battery to trunk
3" Cobra R hood
Tint
Paint
Deep Dish 2003 Cobra black/chrome 17x9 front and 17x10.5 rear
Eibach ProStreet Coilover Kit
Full exhaust
Upgraded seats
Built tranny
Big ass brakes
4.10 gears
S281 spoiler

Remember that's simplified... lol My imagination could wrack up a very healthy sized price tag and long ass paragraph... lol

why sell it if you dont need the money?
Because I want something else. I don't plan to build an awesome SN95 lol, even if money wasn't a restraint.

My first thought too, but then I realized this thread was if you were keeping it

:sigh:
Yeah I saw it read current car, but still posted my thought. I'm a rebel. lol
A nice Subie or Evo would be cool to have instead.

Pretty simple.
T56 (Viper spec)
IRS (Kenny Brown tubular control arms, trutrac diff, FTBR kit)
Coil overs
Cam/forge my current long block
Kanean S281 hood

and now the exciting ideas

Individual throttle bodies with a carbon fiber hat that feeds down to twin inlets.

i've always wanted to do a big 408 windsor and twin turbo it. either that or a coyote swap w/ twins. other than that, it would be full MM or griggs suspension. but that is in the works already. I'd like to do a full custom leather interior.

Turbo'd coyote or 6.2
MM everything
Multispoke dd rims of some sort

Keep it simple sort of sleeper look.

Then I'd want to do all custom interior with brushed aluminium for panels.

I'd keep my car regardless if I had a ton of money. It'd still be my favorite.

Blast and undercoat the bottom, all new suspension (haven't shopped much). T56 trans behind a 427 (351W stroker). 3.5" cobra r hood. New seats from TMI. Send the steering wheel to Germany to have it recovered. And a repaint of course.....
