I took it out of the bubble wrap and it was scratched up there was chrome spots and where it bolts up to the Air flow sensor one of the corners was bent. Real nice but i though to myself i rather spent 10 bucks more to get the BBK that's street legal and is already chrome.

My stang is registered in a county where i don't have to smog it. (5 miles from where i live.) lol So I can't say i remembrance the last time my stang got smogged. So the CARB number isn't really a issue to me.

I did that with my old 98 sixer I had, worst decision ever. I have a BBK on my 5.0 and love it, I would put one on my Cobra, but I have the good old K&N air filter with silencer delete, so I'm good to go lol.
