Interior lamp flashing on when I open the door.

Ok, I've had this problem since I got the car, I press the unlock button, interior light comes on, but as soon as I open the drivers door, I flashs on for a split second then shuts off. Passergers side is normal(door opens, light stays on). How do I fix this?

Must be the sensor in your door or somthing to do with it...?

idk, but its really freaking annoying. Like a ghetto strobe light.

That switch is in the door latch. I is either not contacking cleanly or the GEM moudle is is causing it.

Is it that button that causes the door chime to do its thing when the door is open?

I tkink that the GEM controls the chime from the switch in the door latch.
