I'm considering doing LEDs in my tailights, reverse lights, and license plate lights...however, I don't want the license plate lights to be rediculously bright. Some guy on here has LEDs in his license plate lights and it came out crazy bright...I may give it a try, not sure yet.

Did you use the WLED-5 lights? Mine isn't that bright except in the garage with the door closed!

I used the ones from TXcobra's tutorial...they are the wide angle LEDs from superbrightleds.com

Check out Trey's tutorial, I did exactly what he did...one of my favorite mods ever.

Yes they were the WLED-5s

Looks awesome bro! I really hope those aren't 18" bullets cause I'm 90% sure those are my next wheels, lol. I guess I'll know if I like them if that's what you have, lol.


I'll do the LED mod once I get my car together and I don't have to worry about it anymore.

I thought about that before I bought them...but I think they are the perfect compliment. I've seen so many sets of bullitts on our cars, and I just don't like them so much. I was very close to getting bullitts, because my friend had some for sale cheap, but I'm so glad I went with the FRs.

You of all people know how many times I've changed wheels...because you've done the same. But dude...I LOVEEEE these wheels...I'm not changing these for a LONG time. I may never get rid of them.
