So I am starting to plan for the new motor on the cobra probally a 347 and had a few questions...

I have a set of Trickflow twisted wedge heads that have been CNC ported and milled with 56cc chambers I was looking at getting kinda low compression since the car will have a Vortech S/C on it.

I swear im not a noob with mustangs I just have never built a car with trickflow heads or O rings.

So 1st question do most aftermarket pistons have the valve relief for the twisted wedge heads or do I have to specify it...

2nd the heads have a .41 O ring on them I just need a O-ring head gasket right?

Most pistons will have large valve reliefs. To make sure your safe, tell them the heads have been milled to 56cc.

As far as O-Ringed heads, I would assume but am not 100% a regular Fel-Pro Loc Wire head gasket should work.

Are you building a motor, or buying a shortblock? Either way, let them know everything you have - more than likely they are going to ask you but better to be safe than sorry.

if you have any questions about the heads call Trick Flow directly, they were great with me; 330-630-1555.

I used trick flows premium O-ring gasket set. I wouldnt trust anything other than multi-layered steel, but was still told my many people to use trick flows own O-ring design.
