Had a great day at the track. We run a 1/8th mile track and this was the second weekend its been open. I ran the mustang 4 times, trying out my new Nitto drag radials. I was able to hook up of the line really well with these tires. I won everyone of my races including the one against a 2002 gt with vortech supercharger pushing 10lbs of boost. I also ran a modified 2005gt and a 96 gt with PI conversion. My best time was 7.7 with a 1.8 60 ft. Can't wait to get my new intake installed to see if my numbers improve. Just enjoying the high that have right now. :dancing6:

I have a 342 with afr 185's, 30lb injectors and complete suspension upgrade from factory ( just installed adjustable upper and lower control arms a week ago), ported upper and lower cobra intake, 3000 stall with 3.55 gears. This is in a 94 gt convertible with full interior and ac, everything is still intact. The car is heavy, that's why I needed the extra torque from the stroker. It really sounds great and suprises alot of people when I run those kind of numbers.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that when I run someone with a power adder, I will also run a 125 shot of nitrous as my power adder. I only used this against the supercharged mustang. I rarely use nitrous, that is why I forgot to mention this. My goal is to get into the 7's without any power adder.

Damn dude! 7.7's a very nice time! Some 4.10's and I think you would get even faster in the 1/8th.

They are building a 1/4 mile track that might be ready this summer, so I'm going to wait to see what my numbers are in the 1/4 with the 3.55 gears. But I bet 4.10 would pull like crazy off the line. Thanks for the compliments. :TY:

Have a bunch of guys with built LS1's that run about the same times on motor and they are putting down between 400-450 at the wheels. So yes those are good times. Cut your 60 ft time down even more and you are going to see even better gains!
