Max A/C Cycles the compressor on & off.....i thought the compressor needs to be on all the time to do it So wouldnt Normal AC on Full blast fan be better?

Handz, 1. You need a shop manual for this car. Priceless part.
2. The A/C compressor cycles on and off regardless of wheather it's on the MAX setting or not. Setting the temp dial to the coldest setting
makes it cycle less but will still cycle.
3. "MAX" is for aramid or desert conditions. It closes a door behind the right kick panel to enable recirculated air. That's all it does.

where does the AC get its air to blow at you? or the heater?... where does this air thats cooling/warming me come from?

The thing will only fit one one side which is the low side. sometimes it can be a pain to get it on. Its metal you wont break it.
