Lock Problems

okay i just got done postin about my window probs and i think ive got them cleared up other than just doing it and gettin it done but ive also got another prob i was hopin would be a easy fix since im workin on the door anyways; My locks or lock on the outside where u stick the key in doesnt work at all i have keyless but still while im fixing my window i figure i might as well see about this to what could it be?

gotta pop off the interior door panel and see if one of the push rods has fallen off, or if a plastic clip has broken

the plastic clip is a PITA to change i hope it isnt the problem.
