Low vacuum psi

Two days ago my vacuum gauge started to read ~5psi. I know that's not normal. It used to always be around 25 at idle. When I'm in neutral and rev the engine the car hesitates to bring the rpm back to idle for a split second. I recorded this.

There is nothing wrong with the car either. Runs strong, idles smooth, not throwing codes, and doesn't stall.

I'd start on what ever lines are clamped on, most of the time the clamps slowly tear away the hose over the years, can't tell you how many car's I've had this issue. You'd be surprised how little the hole can be to cause such a huge issue
