Mass air meters?

Are they worth upgrading ? I was planning to do a mild HCI upgrade with a 70mm tb and 24lb injectors. If so which is the better one to get? I see ones that come with cold air kits that are just brackets where you put your old sensor in and others that like the factory ones where they say its been reprogrammed?

If your just doing some mild bolt on the stock meter is more then adequate. you would be better off pulling off the stock air box and silencer and throwing on a better flowing filter.
