honestly, I all I could see while the seat was in the car that was broken this little flat bar on the side that was in half, which looked like an easy $15-$20 weld job. Is it not repairable?

Unsure of Lightbar brand, was alreaddy installed when I bought the car. I am going to remove it this week so I'll see if there is any indicators as to the manufacturer.
