Hey guy I want to thank you for all the help on my cobra. I got the new transmission from here on the Classifieds and got it in also replaced the flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, bearing's, the whole nine yards! But it drive better than it has in a long time. I love my car again! Next up is a cam. I want one with somewhat of a rough idle but that will work well with the stock cobra heads and computer. Any ideals? You guys were right on with the transmission so I will take any advise. Again thank you :dancing6: :dancing6:

hey when I say I want a rough idle what I want is a good lope to the idle. I have heard some cammed 5.0 that it is hard to tell they are cammed because they still run so smooth. I do not need anything with with high gains because I do not drive the car to hard and do not take it to the track. So I want low end gains and and a good lope. Thanks!

I believe OnyxCobra used stock length pushrods on his AFR 165cc headed, #19 cammed cobra... and I'm using stock length as well.

you just need to check your valvetrain geometry
