ya, its a rather chewy one... It might be a while until I can get this together, the machine work is a bit spendy, and ive gotta find some nice heads for this monster, along with a new transmission of some sort.

ya, lol, we will see about that.... Now I have a crazy idea for forced induction... but its gonna wait until after I get my shop built. Ill run the Vortech for now.... which is gonna follow me to my 3rd residence without being on a car this month....

SO... figured I would update my build thread.
First off, I re-wired the whole car, from headlight to taillight, for a few reasons.
1. got rid of the Mach460 dead weight, as most of the speakers are blown, and it sounds like crap.
2. got rid of the power seat, its also broken. I'm the only one that drives it anyways, so why adjust the seat?
3. the guy that had the car before me put in an aftermarket alarm system, along with an aftermarket stereo, completely jacking up the wiring in the car. I had re-wired it before, but replacing the wiring was the best option
4. I also converted the car to OBD2, tossing out the distributor and wierdo 94-95 computer. it was actually fairly simple, who woulda known exploder stuff plugs into a 96GT harness?
For sensors, Im using an Explorer 5.0L cam position sensor and oil pump drive, an exploder crank position sensor and a trigger wheel from DIYautotune.com. The throttle position sensor is still a 0-5v, taken off a foxbody. the IAC is also a foxbody piece, as I plan on running a 90mm throttle body from AccuFab.
I dropped the engine in a few days ago (thanks Mustangmatt96gt!) getting ready to pop the trans back in, bolt everything up and have it tuned. the engine made 495hp and 488tq in the last build, should make a bit more with the few mods I have planned.

Bahamas, my problem is I'm addicted to speed...... ha! I sold you one, win, then scored this setup in a recent trade. I got the complete engine that includes forged 306 bottom end and victor jr. Heads pared with a custom grind blower cam. I'm gonna add methanol injection and a 90mm fox style throttle body for a few more ponies.
