My odometer is not working what could be wrong?

I bought my replacement gear from a gear site which ill have to look up when I get home later for $25 shipped..its not ebay either, its a site that only sells all kinds of klttle gears for cars

well i already got it on the way so im not worried about it but post anyways for anyone else who this may happen to. i likely wont have the stang within a month anyways. my grandmother has a new corvette and she dont like having to drive it everyday so she wants to buy my car so she can put her corvette in the garage and im probably going to get an rx8 or 350z or somthing along those lines

You could have just looked up a local speedometer shop and gone there... probably would have paid 12-15 bucks for it.
