going to detail the engine bay and jams tomorrow, get all the plastic back to black. just got it out of the shop today, was in for over half a year, refer to previous thread.

not familiar with the other post, why did it take so long? Looks great and I imagine after waiting that long it must be nice to have it finished.

dude that looks sick, good call on doing the mirrors too. Man did Ford know what they were doing when they came out with that sh!t or what.

very nice! but if my bodyman takes more than 14 days when my car goes in for paint I would probably track him down and shot him where he stands!

i don't know if you all have read the bodywork throad but the car underwent very extensive work

Was it hard to get that much mystic for the repaint? Did the bodyshop have to prove they were doing a repaint on one of the mystic cars and sign for the paint etc like I have read on the Interwebz.

they have been making colors similar to the mystic paint for some time, a guy in my club in az had his car paited with it and unless it was directly next to a mystic you really would not have known.

new wheels and slamming the front end over them are certainly in order. and i believe it was much more difficult in the past to obtain the paint than it is now. the worst part is handing over the money to have it done :angry7:
