I would do O2's before dizzy. The motor runs, it just pings like mad. that rules out the dizzy.
Make sure after you replaced all those components you disconnect the battery for about 10 minutes. Otherwise the computer will be using the old info that was stored from before.

Do these cars have 2 or 4 sensors? And if 4 would you replace all 4 or just te front two? Also where is the exm ground? Also it pings like crasy but now it has that high rpm miss and te tach is acting screwy and someone said it gets its signal from the dizzyand its pretty hard to turn when its put of the enginethats why i was approching the dizz beeing bad

the 5.0's only have 2 O2's before the cats. Although some parts houses will try to say there are 4. just get the front O2's if asked.

IDK about the PCM gnd.

Okay, O2 do not last forever. Maybe 60k miles. The PCM doesn't use old codes. It will log events but it relies on the voltage signals from the various sensors as the are processed by the PCM while the car is running. The motor running does not rule out the dizzy. Bad bushings/bearings may affect the PIP signal to the PCM. If the PCM isn't getting the correct signal total timing could well be off enough to cause pinging/detonation.
