Obviously your mind has been made up for a while then why did you ask our opinion? Go spend Twice the money on one from them. Every suggestion you shoot down. So why is this even still being Discussed?

actually, if we go to his original post he asked how to make d&d's trans work, why wouldn't it, and gave us his budget. addermk2 was first poster and said he has a trans he would sell to jjhirsch. thread has followed the buy a used trans instead of d&d trans argument since. i myself have neglected the original questions also.

now, going back to the original questions. call d&d and ask them why it won't work and they will tell you. if i remember right it has to do with a different spline count and/or length. i have had some dealings with them over phone, in person, and online. i have never purchased from them due to lack of funds yet, i believe they know their stuff as i have never heard different. i don't think their online is everything they have and they may have other options for you in your price range. you just have to call to find out for sure.

have you considered another option in a rebuild of your trans by astro performance or someone along those lines?

the D&D transmission you are referring to, has a fox length input shaft. So it alone, will not work in an SN-95.

OP will have to purchase a fox bellhousing, fox clutch fork, modify and fab a new intermediate bracket for the transmission crossmember, and will also need either a longer driveshaft, or the Steeda driveshaft spacer.

all of which would be included if he bought my transmission.

My t5 in my 94 gt need to be rebuilt but i have some extra cash to get something better. d&d makes a good new t5 that is built up but i was told i cant use it on my 94 because it is for a fox body which doesnt make sence to me i thought 5.0 was a 5.0 302 and didnt matter to bolt up.

please i need some new ideas or need to know what i need for this trans to bolt up.

go to d&d performance and click t5 on the left that is what i would like. (sorry cant post link i am at work)
