Picked up a set of 17" OEM Bullitts with 255/40/17 Toyos for my car last week. Was planning to wait until a little later this summer to paint my brakes but I couldn't put new wheels in front of dirty calipers

The old 16's come off and the calipers are looking pretty dirty

Cleaning up

Some G2 paint, wasnt too careful to keep it off the pads since those and the rotors will be replaced soon

And the finished product with high temp caliper decals and new rims in place

Hasn't left the garage yet or I would get a better angle picture

cleaning up the calipers always makes a huge difference.

Yup, glad I didn't put it off any longer. Once I decided to make a day of it I also took the dremel and cleaned up all the excess casting on the calipers and flushed all my brake fluid for Synthetic.

Looks very nice!

Almost like mine haha. Every time I look at pics of your car, its like looking at my own lol.

I hate to say it but: It needs to go lower.

BTW, I recently did the same exact thing on my car.

I thought that too when I put them on but the PSI is perfect, must just be the way the tire sits

Sweet...I need to repaint my calipers...I'm just putting it off cause I'm getting cobra brakes soon.

Nice work.
