Thanks very much for the welcome folks. it is a manual and a relatively steep drive but never found steep drives a problem, although it does run the risk of bottoming out getting off the drive. i never realized they were cobra tail lights just thought they were diffrent ass theres diff laws for lights over here.

heres some pics of the hood mod. i did something extra to reduce the risk of water.





I used a very
fine stainlss steel mesh some water will still get through but compared to a gaping hole its practically nothing

Interesting... I should have done that to a Z28 I had ( yes I grew up Chevy guy, don't judge me)
