One last video with the Flowmasters...

I made one last video with the Flowmasters on before they are replaced by the Magnaflow Magnapack cat back tonight or tomorrow night. I'll miss the exhaust note but I won't miss the drone on the highway. Enjoy

Well, the Magnapacks are on and my god do they pop when the loud pedal goes to the floor! I broke the bolt on the driver side tip so there's nothing there right now and that side pops like crazy but the other side sounds great. I'm gonna head to an exhaust shop this weekend to have them adjust everything since it's screwed right now and I'll have them get the tip back on while they're at it hopefully eliminating the popping.

It's a very different exhaust note, the Flows had much more bite to them and absolutely screamed/blasted up at 6k - 7k, where as these Magnapacks are louder and lower pitched down low but then up top they aren't as brutal. The verdict is still out, I've gotta get this dam tip on before I pass final judgement though.

yeah, I made the same swap on my old 97. They sound NOTHING like each other.

I got video of my ripping around with just the open O/R H pipe on but I was so tired and cranky by the time the Magnapacks were on that I didn't get any additional video. I should have the video of the open h up tonight though to hold everyone over

I'll get video of the Magnapacks once I have the driver side tip back on.
