Alright, here's the deal. I DD the 96 and currently have stock 03 bullitts all the way around. I don't have many plans for this car but I need tires so I figured I would take this opportunity for new rims as well. I'd like your opinions on which you think would look better. I'm torn between 17x9/10.5 anthracite bullitts, 18x9/10 antracite fr500's, or 18x9/10 black fr500's. If you have any pics please post them up. I'm currently on eibach sportlines so the more idea's the better.

IMO, I really like what's on there but need Deep Dish out back with some 315's. If I go with 18's the widest i'll go is probably a 275 on the rear because $$....thoughts?

Go gt40 wheels, they look great, and you rarely see them. Or black 03Cobra wheels

sell 1 pair of those wheels, and just get some 17x10.5 for the rear, save money and looks great

The staggered i'm not worried about with daily driving...I notice no difference with driving and don't mind not rotating. It's just that 295's start to get pricey for 18's as opposed to a set of sumitomo 315's being bearly over 100 each. i'll admit i'm going more for the appearance but i'm just torn between the 3 choices.

The only problem he was mentioning for staggering with a dd is that you can't rotate, basically cutting life in half.
If that doesn't bother you then go for it because the look is amazing :)

You could always go with a tire like the Nitto Invo which is non uni-directional and can be rotated side to side. Thats what I will go with next set of tires.

Now if I lived in Florida I would probably drop like $4k on a sweet set of wheels but NJ roads suck ass big time and the potholes will occasionally steal babies so I stick to sub $200 per wheel choices.

I like the Saleens right now but change my mind every 2 weeks.

i would rather run a 245 of a regular tire vs. a sumitomo 315, personally you would be wasting your money on those junk tires

I've gotten 20k miles out of them tires with great than 50% tread left. I don't see how people are going through them in 10k unless they are driving like a jackass?

I do like the saleens as well but I'm pretty set on the choices I mentioned in the first post.

My only point is mentioning this car as a DD is the fact that i'm not looking to spend alot of money on it at all. I have another mustang to play with which is why I sold the 95. I'm not new to them by any means, I just simply ask for opinons on the wheels mentioned in original post.

BTW, no matter what I choose it'll be staggered. ;)

20k miles and still lookin good. :p
