Either i fail or my car has a problem with the brakes. No matter what i try it cant do a burnout. Only a 1 wheel peel.

Ok, I thought I didn't like your R wheels in black, I take back that statement. I normally hate those wheels, but you're definitely pulling them off!

Thanks.. i hate them in Chrome. They look good in flat black atm. Might try gross black if i get bored of the look.

I didn't watch the vid, but if you are only doing 1 wheel peels than you need to rebuild your diff. My GT did that until I rebuilt it with gears and carbon fiber disks along with bearings and seals.

Nice vert btw, I hardly like them but yours looks great.

Thanks guys.

Now would having mis matched rear tires cause the 1 wheel peel? I have different tread patterns on the rear. I dont think it would matter but..

Nope! Shouldn't make a difference. Mine starts 2 wheel but one of the wheels drops off quickly and I end in single tire fire

did u ever have the rear apart to rebuild it ? if not when u do add extra shim on each side of the carrier or extra friction disc it will help tighten it up ..

however, the car looks great. i like the white accents on the interior , did u do that or is that how it came from factory ?

I haven't touched the rear myself, but it does have aftermarket gears in the rear.


The interior is all stock (minus the seats)

here is a 100% stock photo of another GT with my full interior and top. Wish i had a white back seat still!

:D i agree. I think i need a back seat before the boot lol. Still looks odd without a dang rear leather seat.

Too bad these pieces are so large, I was just thinking yesterday that it's time to sell my OEM top cover

I guess it could be folded for shipping but would still be a big piece

ya i see that new piece painted to match your paint looks awesome.

Hell i work at a trucking place. Could just ship it and have it set a customer dock pickup. SO LOL.. once it comes in i just clock out.. drive my car around back drop the top and drive home with the cover lol.

Like I said I am sure I can fold it up and box it but it just kills me that I took so much time to get every fold/wrinkle out of the tonneau cover (previous owner thought it was too much of a bother to put on so when I got the car it was just folded up in the trunk dusty and unused)

Even made a hook system on my garage shelves so I could hang the cover open through the winter when it wasn't on the car
