http://www.mustangforums.com/m_3833004/mpage_1/key_/tm.htm I'm using this writeup.

I know this swap has been covered, but I'm having some problems finding little bits of information I need.

I have the all plastic NPI intake manifold and converting to the PI intake w/ aluminum crossover.
Will I need the alternator bracket?
I thought I read that you used the NPI manifold gasket instead of the PI manifold gasket, which one?

Is this the correct parts list:
PI intake manifold
PI intake manifold gaskets
PI water coolant tube
PI water pump nipple
180 degree thermostat
thermostat gasket
EGR gasket
Coolant hose from heater core to intake manifold
16 new O-Rings for the fuel injectors
High Temp RTV sealant
waterpump o-ring

Thanks

I have the NPI manifold without the aluminum crossover. I'm switching to the PI with the aluminum crossover. I'm unsure about whether my current alt. bracket can be used with the swap.

Yes.. You need a new alt. bracket.. I just did the swap; and I went the same as you (plastic npi--->alum. PI).. You need the bracket.

not to hijack your thread but does anyone know of a vendor that sells all the parts you need for the swap? For example just like the livernoise setup minus the intake manifold
