So I posted an opinion topic in another section, and just kinda decided they needed to be repolished. Well Help a brother out. They are 17" cobra r's, I want them to shine like a mirror? Should I wetsand, then polish, then seal? Please advice, Im tired of them looking cloudy, and stained.

Try a polish first, if that doesn't work, try a compound, etc... Always start with less and do more only if needed

Before or after the sanding process?

Polish, if that doesn't work...
Compound... if that don't work
wet sand 2000... if that don't work
wet sand with a coarser grit until you see results...

Why wetsand with 800 if all it needs is a good polish or compound. You would be making an hour job into a several hour job for no reason...

Always start with a light cut polish or compound before using a heavy cut compound or sand paper whether you are working with metal, paint, plastic, etc...
