So I got that swapped out today with my daughter assisting, got the AC fixed and charged and now just need to do all the preventative maintenance stuff, oil/filter even though its clean I don't know how old it is or what grade it is. Coolant flush even though its clean and new hoses since they are original. Going to change the trans oil and rear diff oil as well just cause. Any other things y'all can recommend changing on a 135k plus 21 year old GT?

I suggest check the suspension bushings and plug wires, and put in a new fuel filter.

The bushings look OK, not great but serviceable. The fuel filter is a great idea, thanks. The strainer in the tank, if I was going to drop the tank I would just do a new pump and all, and I just might before any road trips.

The plug wires have been replaced, 8MM aftermarket ones, no signs of leakage but I think I will pull out the plugs to give them a look, jut in case they need to be re-torqued anyway. I don't want any flying spark plugs in the "new" ride. Thanks for the suggestions.
