Problem with brake line

So i changed my 94 cobra to manual brakes. For the life of me I cant get my fitting to seal for the rear brake line. I have new coming from the master cylinder over to the passenger side inner fender. I done many double flares in my time but can not get this to seal. I've re flared it 3 times. My question: is there a different type of flare I should be using other then a double flare 3/16. My tool is a snap on so its not because of being cheep. Any info would be great. Thanks

are you sure its a double, not a bubble? I say this because I thought that they all used doubles and was surprised to find that some used bubbles. I can't remember where but I thought one of the rears was a bubble....
