problem with idle and WOT

i got a 95 5.0 ... the idle is kinda shaky and WOT is horrible!.. feels like the gas cuts off at WOT and its struggling and backfires through the tail pipes.. anyone have any idea what it might be? .. its not throwing any codes or anything and the car drives fine when i keep the throttle under about 70%

Clean the MAF, IAC and throttle body. Use specified MAF cleaner for the MAF. Use intake cleaner for the IAC and throttle body.

also you can still store a code without the cel being on.
what mods do you have?
