problems with the 5.0

just recently i have ran into a problem.. whenever i get on the gas and floor it, i hear and feel a continous thumping sound coming from under car. wondering if its exhaust or transmission. not sure. i have lost A LOT of power to this if that helps. any ideas please!!!!!???

i had this same problem. It happend to me in the rain so im not sure if that was a factor. But i put in a new air filter and cleaned the maf. worked great after that.
