Basically using parts I have lying around.

gt40 3 bar heads
sn95 cobra intake
75mm TB
COMP Cams #35-552-8 (1.6 or 1.7 RR..Need to check piston to valve clearance unless someone has tried this combo with 1.7)
24lb injectors
255lph pump
NOS dry kit
ARP Head Bolts
Moates QH for tuning

My questions are as follows. I am looking into getting a MAF and air intake

I have an 80mm Lightning MAF. Is it worth using in place of the factory 70mm?

Is an air intake worth buying. If so which. I never really cared for the in the fender kits as they use itty bitty filters and it seems silly to spend big bucks on one if they barely do anything...Cheap ebay ones tend to dechrome quickly..

Also I have some fox headers lying around but no EGR..I dont want to turn the EGR off if I dont hav eto in my tune but finding a set of correct headers for a decent price blows my budget

Advice?

Im not looking to make huge HP (SO dont tell me I shouldnt waste my time with the cobra parts!!!) . Im basically just using take off or new parts I have lying around to give my pig a lil boost.

Thanks ALL!!

It'll help a little, but if your going to cam it, get a converter or it'll just die on you when you put it into drive, autos don't like cams unless they are stalled..

It's not to much of a cam but I do have a plethora of aode converters lying around as well. I see you have a megasquirt. Installing an MS3 in my turbo tbird..I cant believe you cant use peak and hold injectors when going fully sequential. Whats up with that!!!

Put it together. You should be in the 260-280rwhp territory without the spray. I think the MAF is not necessary. Stock should be fine. Fender kits work, not talking for every kit, but the morosso and bbk are good kits, plenty of surface area on the filters and it beats bringing in hot air from the engine bay.

Not expecting a bunch of HP...But not so sure 200 or so is worth it for a CAI. I didnt think the upgrade in MAF size was needed for this HP level flow wise

I ran the morosso fender kit on my Fox at the strip, did a test with a cone filter. Then ran the fender filter. IIRC, 2MPH and .2 sec faster ET. For whatever thats worth.
